Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non refundable unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.
